Shyamavrindavan Banquet Hall & Resort provides venue booking, catering, and event management services. By booking our facilities, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

• • A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm your booking.
• • The balance amount must be paid before the event date.
• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from our management team.
• • Payments once made are non-transferable unless approved by management.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• • Cancellations made 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
• • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
• • Date changes may be considered based on hall availability and management discretion.

4. Venue Usage & Responsibility

• • Guests must follow all safety and security rules within the premises.
• • Damage to property or equipment will be charged to the booking party.
• • The use of firecrackers, open flames, or loud music beyond permitted hours is strictly prohibited.
• • Outside catering or decoration services are allowed only with prior approval.

5. Event Timings

All events must start and conclude within the agreed time slots. Additional charges will apply for exceeding the scheduled hours.

6. Guest Conduct

Shyamavrindavan Banquet Hall reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behavior during events.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The management will not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of guests or vendors during the event.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal or booking details collected are used solely for communication and event management purposes.

9. Changes to Terms

Shyamavrindavan Banquet Hall reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be available on our website.
